English Description

Samadhi Shatak Pravachan – 8 is a deep Jain spiritual discourse on Samadhi, Atma Gyan, Self-Realization, Meditation, Sakshi Bhav, AntarAtma, Paramatma, Karma, Pudgala and Moksha.

We constantly identify ourselves with the body, relationships, possessions and worldly circumstances. But this discourse encourages us to ask a deeper question:

“Am I the body, or am I the Soul?”

The discourse explains the extraordinary happiness of Self-Knowledge and Self-Experience. When the mind becomes absorbed in true meditation, attachment toward external objects and worldly pleasures gradually decreases, allowing the awareness to turn inward toward the true nature of the Atma (Soul).

🌸 Understanding Sakshi Bhav

Sakshi Bhav means remaining established as the Knower and Observer, instead of identifying completely with the body, thoughts, emotions and external situations.

Our eyes are only instruments through which we receive visual information. The deeper spiritual teaching is that the true Drashta (Seer) is the conscious Soul within.

When we learn to distinguish between the Drashta (Seer) and Drashya (Seen), we begin to understand the difference between Atma and Pudgala.

This inner understanding helps us move away from Bahiratma consciousness toward Antaratma, and ultimately toward the realization of Paramatma.
